Un grupo de seis talentosos diseñadores argentinos presentaron sus colecciones primavera-verano 2012, en el Lincoln Center de Nueva York. Así, el país sudamericano quedó dignamente representado en la prestigiosa Semana de la Moda que también ha engalanado sus pasarelas con las nuevas colecciones de latinos consagrados como Carolina Herrera, Carlos Miele y Custo Barcelona.

Argentina eligió de entre un total de 150 diseñadores a sus más prometedores creadores, y fueron Cardón, Cora Groppo, Daniela Sartori, Desiderata, Mariana Dappiano y Min Agostini, los que llegaron a la Gran Manzana a mostrar lo mejor de la moda latinoamericana.
